Collaborate for Impact

Partner With Us

We believe the most complex challenges of our time demand collective action. Whether you are a corporation, university, nonprofit, startup, or government body, your partnership can help us scale our impact and reach more communities worldwide.

Collaboration Amplifies Impact

No single organization can solve the complex challenges of our time alone. The digital divide, educational inequality, ethical technology gaps, and sustainable development require coordinated action across sectors, disciplines, and geographies. At Cotocus Foundation, we believe that partnerships are not just a means to an end — they are the foundation of lasting, meaningful change.

Our partnership philosophy is built on mutual respect, shared purpose, and transparent collaboration. We work with organizations that bring complementary strengths to the table — whether financial resources, technical expertise, research capabilities, community reach, or policy influence. Every partnership is tailored to align with our shared goals and create measurable outcomes that neither party could achieve alone.

From a global technology company providing cloud credits for our innovation labs to a local nonprofit co-delivering digital literacy workshops in rural communities, every partnership matters. We are committed to building relationships that are equitable, impactful, and sustainable over the long term. If you share our vision of a future where technology empowers every individual and community to thrive, we invite you to explore how we can work together.

Corporate Partnerships

Corporations bring resources, expertise, and reach that can dramatically accelerate our mission. We partner with companies across industries to create shared value through CSR initiatives, technology contributions, and employee engagement programs that drive measurable social impact.

CSR Partnerships

Align your corporate social responsibility goals with our programs in digital inclusion, education, healthcare, and community development. We work with your team to design, implement, and report on initiatives that create lasting impact while meeting your CSR objectives.

Technology Partnerships

Contribute cloud credits, software licenses, hardware, APIs, or platforms to power our innovation labs, research initiatives, and community programs. Your technology enables learners, researchers, and communities to access tools that would otherwise be out of reach.

Employee Engagement

Engage your workforce through skill-based volunteering, pro-bono consulting, mentorship programs, and team challenges. Employees gain meaningful purpose-driven experiences while contributing their expertise to projects that create positive social change.

University & Academic Partnerships

Academic institutions are vital partners in advancing research, shaping curricula, and preparing the next generation of technologists and innovators. We collaborate with universities worldwide to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world social impact.

Research Collaborations

Partner on joint research projects exploring AI ethics, digital inclusion, cloud-native architectures, and technology for social impact. Co-author papers, share data and findings, and present at conferences to advance knowledge in critical domains.

Student Programs

Create internship and fellowship opportunities for students to work on real-world impact projects. Our programs offer hands-on experience in AI, cloud computing, digital transformation, and community development while building a pipeline of purpose-driven technology talent.

Faculty Partnerships

Engage faculty members through guest lectures, workshops, and collaborative research projects. We bring real-world challenges and data into the classroom while academics contribute theoretical depth and methodological rigor to our initiatives.

Curriculum Development

Co-create courses, certificates, and learning modules in emerging technology domains including AI, DevOps, cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, and digital ethics. Our industry-informed content bridges the gap between academic theory and practical application.

NGO & Nonprofit Collaborations

Nonprofit organizations are on the front lines of every social challenge. We partner with NGOs worldwide to strengthen their digital capabilities, co-design community programs, and amplify their impact through shared resources, knowledge, and networks.

Joint Programs

Co-design and co-deliver community programs that leverage both organizations' strengths. Whether it is a digital literacy camp, a health awareness drive, or a youth innovation challenge, joint programs combine deep local knowledge with our technology and research capabilities for maximum impact.

Capacity Building

Strengthen your organization's digital capabilities through training, toolkits, and technology advisory. We help NGOs adopt cloud tools, implement data-driven decision-making, improve cybersecurity posture, and build digital literacy skills within their teams.

Shared Resources

Pool knowledge, tools, networks, and infrastructure to reduce duplication and increase collective impact. We share research findings, learning materials, technology platforms, and community connections to help our NGO partners achieve more with less.

Startup & Innovator Collaborations

Startups are engines of innovation, agility, and disruptive thinking. We collaborate with early-stage and growth-stage companies to pilot new solutions, validate social impact models, and create pathways from innovation to meaningful change at scale.

Innovation Partnerships

Collaborate on developing and refining cutting-edge solutions for social impact. Startups bring fresh perspectives and nimble approaches, while we provide domain expertise, access to communities, research insights, and a platform for testing ideas in real-world settings.

Mentorship & Advisory

Receive guidance from seasoned technologists, researchers, and industry leaders who understand the social impact landscape. Our mentorship programs connect startup founders with advisors who can help navigate product development, impact measurement, funding strategy, and scaling challenges.

Pilot & Validation Programs

Test your solution in real-world community settings with structured feedback and impact assessment. Our pilot programs provide access to target communities, baseline data, implementation support, and rigorous evaluation to help you validate and refine your social impact model.

Government & Public Sector

Governments and public institutions are essential partners in driving systemic change. We collaborate with public sector bodies at local, state, and national levels to support digital transformation, policy research, and citizen-centric innovation initiatives.

Policy Research Partnerships

Conduct evidence-based research that informs technology policy, digital inclusion strategies, and innovation frameworks. Our research teams produce actionable insights on AI governance, data privacy, digital rights, and equitable technology access that support informed policy decisions.

Digital Transformation

Support public sector digital initiatives with technology advisory, capacity building, and implementation frameworks. We help government bodies adopt cloud computing, data-driven service delivery, cybersecurity best practices, and citizen engagement platforms.

Public Service Innovation

Co-create citizen-centric solutions that improve public service delivery through technology. From digital literacy programs for underserved populations to innovation labs within government, we design approaches that make public services more accessible, efficient, and responsive.

Research Partnerships

Rigorous research is the foundation of effective action. We partner with research institutions, think tanks, and individual scholars to advance knowledge at the intersection of technology, society, and sustainable development — and to translate findings into practical solutions.

Joint Research Projects

Collaborate on multi-disciplinary research that explores the social implications of emerging technologies, evaluates the effectiveness of digital inclusion interventions, and develops frameworks for responsible innovation. Projects are co-designed, co-executed, and co-published.

Funding Collaboration

Pool resources through co-funding models that support high-impact research initiatives. Whether through joint grant applications, matched funding arrangements, or philanthropic research endowments, we work with partners to fund research that might otherwise go unexplored.

Knowledge Sharing

Disseminate research findings through joint publications, white papers, conferences, webinars, and policy briefs. Our knowledge sharing ecosystem ensures that insights reach the people who can act on them — from community practitioners to policymakers to academic peers.

We offer a wide range of partnership models designed to accommodate different types of organizations and levels of engagement. These include corporate partnerships (CSR, technology, employee engagement), university and academic partnerships (research, student programs, faculty collaboration, curriculum development), NGO and nonprofit collaborations, startup and innovator partnerships, government and public sector collaborations, and research partnerships. Each partnership is tailored to the unique strengths and goals of the collaborating organization.
Getting started is simple. Fill out the partnership inquiry form on this page with details about your organization and how you would like to collaborate. Our partnerships team will review your submission and reach out within 5-7 business days to schedule an exploratory conversation. During this conversation, we will discuss your goals, our programs, and potential areas of collaboration. From there, we co-develop a partnership framework that outlines roles, contributions, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Absolutely. We actively welcome partnerships with organizations of all sizes, including small nonprofits, early-stage startups, and community-based groups. Impact is not determined by an organization's size but by the relevance and effectiveness of its contribution. We have specific partnership models designed for smaller organizations that may have limited financial resources but offer deep community connections, specialized expertise, or innovative ideas. We believe that diversity in partnerships — across scale, sector, and geography — strengthens our collective ability to drive meaningful change.
Partnership durations vary based on the type and scope of collaboration. Program-specific partnerships typically run for 6 to 12 months, aligned with program cycles and deliverables. Strategic partnerships are designed as multi-year engagements (typically 2-5 years) to enable deeper integration, sustained impact, and long-term planning. Research partnerships are often tied to specific project timelines ranging from 1 to 3 years. We are flexible and work with each partner to establish a duration that is mutually beneficial and aligned with the intended outcomes.
Every partnership begins with a clear framework that defines objectives, key performance indicators, and reporting cadence. We provide regular progress reports, impact assessments, and financial transparency throughout the partnership lifecycle. Depending on the partnership scope, reporting may include quarterly impact dashboards, annual outcome reports, case studies, and community feedback. We are committed to honest measurement — including documenting challenges and lessons learned — so that our partnerships continuously improve and deliver meaningful, verifiable impact.
